Every client begins with a comprehensive consultation to understand their needs, preferences and medical history. From there, we create a customized care plan that outlines the services required and how often visits take place. The plan is flexible and is adjusted as needs change.
We match each client with caregivers who have the right skills and personality for a positive relationship. Our client care coordinator meets with the client and family to define the ideal caregiver profile, and we place matching caregivers on a trial basis before making the match permanent.
Our caregivers are employees, not independent contractors. They receive ongoing training in areas such as dementia care, Parkinson’s care, mental illness in seniors, activities of daily living and nutrition and cooking, so they can deliver the compassionate care our mission promises.
We keep communication open with clients and families and check in regularly so the care plan keeps up with your loved one’s needs. We also ask clients and caregivers for feedback to keep improving our services.
